No, after getting into the platform, Remotely will start matching clients for you. If someone is interested in you and you pass all the interviews, you will have 2-4 weeks to leave your current company.
The contract with the client states that the rates can be revised in 6-12 months. It depends on you whether the client will be ready to increase the rate.
Remotely offers two types of cooperation to the client, hourly and monthly. The hourly model does not include vacation pay. In the case of a monthly payment, the developer has 15 days off (100 % salary).
Our work model does not include the cost of an office or equipment because developers work with their equipment wherever they want. Remotely’s main task is to provide good financial conditions, where each developer decides for himself how to spend his money.
Every month Remotely will ask you to update your status so as not to offer clients developers who are not ready to change the project at the moment.
Remotely is focused on long-term projects, but if, for some reason, the client decides to end the cooperation, you will have 2 weeks to find a new project.
